As Chief Technical Officer at KPS, Tim Hillman leads the company’s technology strategy across its Customer Experience (CX) practice, with a focus on driving innovation, scalability, and platform excellence. He is responsible for shaping KPS’s next-generation technology platforms in close collaboration with leading commerce vendors and independent software partners, ensuring the business remains at the forefront of the digital commerce landscape.
With over 25 years of experience delivering secure, high-performance CX applications for global retailers and enterprises, Tim combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to delivery. As KPS’s AI lead, he is spearheading the integration of AI across the entire software delivery lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment, and optimization, unlocking new levels of efficiency and quality.
He also oversees Risk & Compliance, Service Delivery, DevOps, and SecOps, ensuring best practices are embedded at every level of execution.
